The white shirt. Usually, that would make you think of work wear or even your old school uniform *shivers* urghhhh. However, there are so so many ways that you can wear a white shirt and make it look chic, cool, casual, beachy, edgy, anything!

In today's post I'm wearing this lovely white shirt which was kindly sent to me by Dizen. This is the Vera Moda Luke Oversized Shirt in white and I honestly love it! I don't usually like oversized pieces but this one just works!

I decided that I wanted to keep the kind of clean look that the white shirt gives but make it more casual by adding these ASOS jeans. The jeans just help to make the shirt look less formal and also the white and denim go sooo nicely together.

Now, if you wanted to keep things super casual then you could just slip on a pair of ballet flats and you'd be good to go.... but, you know me, I have to add heels to everything. So, I grabbed these beautiful Grey 'Emie' High Court heels by Dorothy Perkins. Choosing a grey heel rather than a black one helped keep the look more casual-chic rather than giving it that 'worky' vibe.

Let me know how you'd style a white shirt to create a more 'casual' look down in the comments and be sure that I will definitely be styling this up again as soon as! eeek!
