In fact, the first time I was told that that's what I could be dealing with I chose to completely ignore it. I thought it was just an 'anorexic' thing or something. I think it's definitely a good idea to read up about it and try and see if there are small things you can start to change. I'm so glad that you found comfort in this post. Thank you so much! xxxxHolly Rebecca Whitehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10546356545355505787noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5191264699715820600.post-72010914244831103482016-12-12T10:44:49.060+00:002016-12-12T10:44:49.060+00:00Thank you so much Evie - I'm so glad that you ...Thank you so much Evie - I'm so glad that you found comfort in this! I feel I need to get up at the same time every day, drink coffee at particular times, eat at certain times, do particular things before I can go to sleep. I've turned down invitations for days/nights out just because my routine will be upset... I'm now going to read up more on OCD (I really thought OCD was things like washing your hands five times in a row not what I was going through) and maybe try and break a few rituals like you have done. So glad you shared your story, which I know can't have been easy. Love Aimee xxx<br /> - By the way you look stunning in that red dress Holly :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5191264699715820600.post-73466280524494224712016-12-11T11:58:22.513+00:002016-12-11T11:58:22.513+00:00This is such a brave post. I've only recently been diagnosed with a mental illness and right now I feel like I'm drowning with no way to come back up. I'm just hoping it will get better some day and I'll be able to feel like myself again. This post was comforting to read, so thank you Holly for making my day a little less horrible xEvienoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5191264699715820600.post-61179621029653582062016-12-11T11:41:33.362+00:002016-12-11T11:41:33.362+00:00So Brave.
