You've probably already addressed t...Hey Holly!
You've probably already addressed this, but I didn't have much time to read blogs lately, so I may have missed it.

Does modelling put any kind of pressure on you to stay a certain weight/have certain measurements?

I know photo modelling is different from runway modelling in the sense that it allows a greater variety of people to do this job. You can be shorter than the standard model, have body-mods, unnatural hair colours etc. But still, there are categories you have to fit in in order to land more than the occasional job. I mean, if you're aiming to be a plus-size model, you have to be big enough but not too big, with a certain body shape and conventionally attractive facial features. If you want to be an alternative model, you have to be alternative enough...
So what does this leave more average looking people with? Like people with the awkward in-between weight, which is neither plus-size nor standard model size.
Do you ever worry about not fitting into your modelling "niche" anymore, if your body changes for some reason?

On that note, do you have experience meeting people who look average, or at least nothing out of the ordinary in real life, but who somehow still come off striking in photos? Like the opposite of being unphotogenic, or just having a natural talent for modelling.

Ok, I guess this is more than one question:D but I want to get a more "insider's view" on this job, and what opportunities people have.Anna Miohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15475539455145837265noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5191264699715820600.post-48946217165603533332018-10-08T09:31:04.510+01:002018-10-08T09:31:04.510+01:00Thanks Sora - my absolute pleasure! There's so much stigma around mental health right now, and even though it's getting better, each new discussion just helps to ease it a little bit more!

Jodie // jodieloue.comJodiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06073076477859138456noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5191264699715820600.post-10423610215087386922018-09-06T12:49:46.315+01:002018-09-06T12:49:46.315+01:00Holly- I just want to say that first I love how op...Holly- I just want to say that first I love how open you are about your life and everything you've been through you are such an inspiration - I love how you emphasise that not everything is always sun and rainbows but that you always aim to get through the hard times and keep battling through them.
