Denim dress and suede boots of dreams here, am I right???

Today's look features two pieces which I am absoloutley, head-over-heels, in love with. I've been really trying to be more adventurous with my style at the moment (even when it comes to interior décor, I've plastered my wall in brightly coloured magazine pages) and these two pieces have really made me excited for giving more unusual items a try. You know what I'm like, I love to stick to my simple black tee, jeans and black boots... well, not today!

This utterly fabulous denim shirt dress is by The White Pepper, who have actually sent me another 3 pieces (thanks guys!) which I showed you in my latest haul video on my YouTube channel (here) and that I will also be styling here on le blog for you too! Anyway, this dress is honestly one of my favourite pieces that I've picked up in such a long time. It's got a slightly oversized fit, which I love and the huge silver buttons add such a cute amount of detail to it. My favourite thing about it though is definitely the frayed hem - it gives it that little added edge to it's cutesy vibe. I also love that I'm able to wear this both as a dress and as a jacket - it's honestly just perfect!

My boots are by the one and only Public Desire - who have now made me a #pdbae, eeek! They kindly sent me this gorgeous pair of grey suede boots to style and as soon as I opened the box...it was true love ♥♥♥. The material is sooooo super soft and the heel height is perfect - not too high, but not too short - especially for me who can't live without a bit of a heeled shoe. They're really comfy to walk round in and make such a nice change to just wearing plain black boots. The grey colour just makes them a little more unique and fun compared to other boots I owned and I love love love 'em!

Let me know what you think of these two pieces and whether you're liking my 'a bit more adventurous' style! Also remember to check out The White Pepper and Public Desire websites because they have some fab things at the moment!

If the arctic weather conditions weren't going to make me feel like something out of Narnia, this coat certainly did.

This fabulous coat is from Llunaa and there's just something about it that immediately makes me think of the evil snow queen from The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe (?) (I put a question mark because I'm not the films biggest fan and actually have no idea what she's called ahha) I'm not saying that I am some kind of evil witch (I am wayyyy to angelic for that! lol) but it just gives off that weird-fairytale-in-the-snow kind of vibe.

This is such a statement coat that really the only thing I could do was style it with my black heels and a black dress and then let the coat do all the work!

This is the Ombre Wool Blend Coat and its currently on sale for £153 down from £218! It's such a unique piece with its ombre design and a-line shape; I don't think you'll find anything like it from anywhere else right now!
