Okay, as gross as it might sound, i'm a total hairy monster before I've smoothed myself to be like a slinky snake and yes, even though it's all very fair blonde hair, it still drives me mad! I hate being hairy, it's just not for me and therefore I gotsss to do something about it...

I know that I can't be the only one who hates the hairy-ness, right? (dear god i've said hairy a lot) So, when the lovely people from Veet got in contact in me about trying some of their products, I had to say yes. MAKE ME AS SMOOTH AS A BABY'S BUM.

First off, they sent me some of their Natural Inspirations Wax Strips for Normal Skin. I have sensitive to normal skin so these seemed fab for me. They claim to leave up to 28 days of smoothness and leave you feeling uber duber moisturised, oooo snazzy. Now, as someone who normally just shaves every 2-4 days, 28 days seems like a dream amount of time so of course, I was like 'hell yeaaaaaaah'!

You simply take out a double wax strip, peel them apart, leaving you with two strips. Take one strip, apply it to your hairy monster skin (hehe) and rub in the direction that your hair grows. Then, for the painful part haha. You hold your skin taut and WHAM! pull the strip back. And...  repeat!

I have to say that I so totally wasn't ready for the pain that comes with waxing haha, but the results were lovely. My legs did feel smooth and I was, indeed, left feeling as smooth as a baby's bum. I didn't specifically time how long it took for my hair to grow back, but it definitely lasted a lot longer than my usual shaving! If you want to check these wax strips out just click here!

They also sent me their Natural Inspirations Hair Removal Cream for Sensitive Skin. Like I said before, I have definitely got sensitive skin and need gentle products or else I end up coming out in a rash (sexy, I know). Anyway, this couldn't be more perfect for me.

Essentially, you use the spatula that comes with it to evenly spread the cream, leave it for 5 minutes and then use the spatula again to remove the product. You can leave the cream on for up to 10 minutes in total. Then you rinse your skin thoroughly!

I love hair removal cream - it's a weird thing to love but I toally do and well, this stuff is great! It's a quick and easy way of getting rid of unwanted hairy-ness and leaving skin nice and soft. I love that it only takes 5-10 minutes to do and is such a simple concept (you know I love those simple things.. ey ey ey???)

These products are perfect for getting ready for a night out, especially if you are going to be sporting a lovely dress or some sassy hot pants and want to unveil your legs to the world. They're both easy to use and get quick results that seem to last a lot longer than shaving.. plus! no cuts!

Overall, I'm really happy with both of these products although, I definitely have to say that the pain-free hair removal cream option is much more for me! If you want to check out either of these products then simply click here and hey presto, you can do so!

I'd love to know what you guys use to rid of your hairy-ness (such a weird thing to say haha), since I am a bit of noob when it comes to all of this, so let me know!

Here's an outfit that I shot ages ago now and that I completely forgot to post!

As you all probably know, all of my outfits usually evolve from my obsession with black and so, I decided that I would create a sassy all-black outfit for all you monochrome lovers out there.

I've had these Culottes for so so so long now. You might even remember me writing about when I picked them up in Primark for like £3.00 or something if you're a long term reader - they're probably one of my best bargainous purchases ever! They've always been a little big for me so tend to sit on my hips rather than round my waist which I would prefer, but they're fab nonetheless. I styled them along with a simple black high neck crop from H&M and then of course, my black heels from ASOS.

There's something about this look that just makes me feel like a complete badass or kind of like I should be in an R&B music video haha and I love it!

I'd love to know how you'd style these Culottes, let me know in the comments below!

Denim dress and suede boots of dreams here, am I right???

Today's look features two pieces which I am absoloutley, head-over-heels, in love with. I've been really trying to be more adventurous with my style at the moment (even when it comes to interior décor, I've plastered my wall in brightly coloured magazine pages) and these two pieces have really made me excited for giving more unusual items a try. You know what I'm like, I love to stick to my simple black tee, jeans and black boots... well, not today!

This utterly fabulous denim shirt dress is by The White Pepper, who have actually sent me another 3 pieces (thanks guys!) which I showed you in my latest haul video on my YouTube channel (here) and that I will also be styling here on le blog for you too! Anyway, this dress is honestly one of my favourite pieces that I've picked up in such a long time. It's got a slightly oversized fit, which I love and the huge silver buttons add such a cute amount of detail to it. My favourite thing about it though is definitely the frayed hem - it gives it that little added edge to it's cutesy vibe. I also love that I'm able to wear this both as a dress and as a jacket - it's honestly just perfect!

My boots are by the one and only Public Desire - who have now made me a #pdbae, eeek! They kindly sent me this gorgeous pair of grey suede boots to style and as soon as I opened the box...it was true love ♥♥♥. The material is sooooo super soft and the heel height is perfect - not too high, but not too short - especially for me who can't live without a bit of a heeled shoe. They're really comfy to walk round in and make such a nice change to just wearing plain black boots. The grey colour just makes them a little more unique and fun compared to other boots I owned and I love love love 'em!

Let me know what you think of these two pieces and whether you're liking my 'a bit more adventurous' style! Also remember to check out The White Pepper and Public Desire websites because they have some fab things at the moment!

If the arctic weather conditions weren't going to make me feel like something out of Narnia, this coat certainly did.

This fabulous coat is from Llunaa and there's just something about it that immediately makes me think of the evil snow queen from The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe (?) (I put a question mark because I'm not the films biggest fan and actually have no idea what she's called ahha) I'm not saying that I am some kind of evil witch (I am wayyyy to angelic for that! lol) but it just gives off that weird-fairytale-in-the-snow kind of vibe.

This is such a statement coat that really the only thing I could do was style it with my black heels and a black dress and then let the coat do all the work!

This is the Ombre Wool Blend Coat and its currently on sale for £153 down from £218! It's such a unique piece with its ombre design and a-line shape; I don't think you'll find anything like it from anywhere else right now!

Good morning, afternoon, or evening! Whatever time of day it is for you! Today's post is all about these fabulous trainers which were lovingly sent to me by Loud Look!

Now, you might be thinking 'Holly? Trainers?' and yes, it is very unusual for me to choose a flat shoe from a website when the option of a heeled shoe was given, but guys guys guys, hear me out! For sooo long I've been eyeing up those cool Nike trainers that all the other bloggers are wearing, but as a heeled shoe lover I'm definitely not willing to fork out a bunch of money to pay for a pair. So when Loud Look asked me to choose something from their site and I saw these, my trainer dupe dreams came true! Plus, this pair are only £16.99 - Ah-maze-ingggg!

These are the "ARRAN" Black/White Trainers inspired by Nike Huraches and they are honestly SOOOOO super comfy. I instantly loved them and they fit my monochromatic wardrobe perfectly.

Here I decided to go for a bit of a sporty, yet girly vibe. I mixed the sport shoe along with a cute stripe Zara top and this smock dress from WE ARE COW. The overall look is quite cute, but adding the trainers in gives it more of a bad ass feel!

If you're looking some new shoes then definitely check out Loud Look and you will find yourself a bargain, trust me!

Fifty shades of grey? No not that many...and not at all that kinky! Today I present to you '3 Shades Of Grey' an outfit by Holly White.

Dorothy Perkins have really caught my attention this Spring/Summer. They have some amazing new pieces coming in and these are pieces which I've been completely obsessed with ever since they sent over the preview in their magazine a few weeks back. They recently got in contact with me again after working with them on their #dreamsparkleshine campaign last year (which, you guys loved! (thanks by the way)) and asked me to pick a few pieces to style from their site. I'm really trying to incorporate some other pieces that aren't black into my wardrobe at the moment, so of course, I just went and chose an all grey outfit haha.

I love that all 3 of these pieces are grey, yet they're all kind of different. The dress has a bit of a speckled texture, whilst the waistcoat is more woven and the heels are suede - they all match yet all contrast at the same time ... love it!

This outfit is made up of the Grey 'Emie' High Court Shoe, the Grey Ribbed V-Neck Bodycon Dress and then finally, the Grey Sleeveless Jacket. Individually, all of these pieces are gorgeous but I just couldn't resist mixing them all together and seeing what happened and to be honest, I really do love the look! The dress is such a perfect fit and nice and figure hugging and the heels are so comfy (thank god, because my feet can't hack any shoe pain...)

Let me know, what do you think of this all grey outfit? yey or ney?

Also, remember to go and check out the Dorothy Perkins site and keep an eye out for all of their new fabulous pieces!

PHOTOGRAPHY- LIAM HILLEN // MUA - SARAH DUNN // STYLIST - ALEX VAN DE KAMP

If you're totally nosy (like me) and want to know what I get up to when I'm not blogging my life away, then this post for you. Today, I thought that I would share with you some of my favourite images from a recent shoot I did with the fabulous photographer Liam Hillen! For this shoot we wanted to create something a bit dark, mean and moody (not something you see very often here on my blog haha) and honestly, I love the outcome!

The lovely and talented Sarah Dunn and Alex Van de Kamp were involved too, making me look fabulous with a dark smoky eye and these amazing outfits! It's so great when you get a bunch of creative people together and it all just 'works'!

These are definitely some of my favourite images I've gotten for my portfolio so far!

You can see more of Liam's work by clicking here and also see Sarah's website here!
